While many people try to quantify as many things as they can there are some things which defy quantification. Snowboarding accidents are never anyone's idea of a good time and you can always bet that people will avoid snowboarding accidents in whatever manner possible. Unfortunately many people also, rather than pay a fine or pay a fee, will try to work out deals amongst themselves to keep the integrity of the sport up and to keep the bad press out of the sport.
